We believe in Your Project, Done Right.
Our employee-based crews are highly skilled, ensuring that every New Westminster strata painting project is completed to the highest standards. Each project comes with a Remdal foreman on-site, who ensures that the process is carefully managed to deliver exceptional results. This vigilance is an added assurance, but with our professional painters—not seasonal workers—you can always expect consistent, high-quality workmanship.
It will quickly become clear that we take great pride in our service. All painting projects include a two-year labour and materials warranty. Once the job is done, you’ll receive a certificate of completion. Our proactive approach to client relationships means that we’ll follow up with you to ensure our work has stood the test of time.
As part of our commitment, we schedule a Warranty Review of the project, usually during the second spring after substantial completion. One of our representatives will conduct a detailed inspection of your property to ensure that our work has maintained its quality. If any issues are found, they will be addressed promptly.
Curb appeal is important, but it isn’t everything. There’s more to our job than simply covering the surface. Additional unforeseen maintenance costs related to wood repair can increase if surfaces are not properly protected. Over time, continually repainting and repairing damaged wood can interfere with other budgets and projects. It’s important to ensure your building has a solid, quality paint surface.
It was time for this well maintained apartment building in downtown New Westminster to be repainted alongside targeted concrete repairs. The owners opted to keep their original colour scheme and the building now looks clean, bright & refreshed. The project was specified and overseen by a local building engineering firm. Swing stage access also provided the opportunity to undertake necessary concrete repairs, sealant renewal and nyalic application. The owners were very impressed with our Remdal crews and even wanted them to stay around the building well after the project was finished.
Scope of Work:
This was an amazing interior design upgrade project across multiple buildings, which was much more than a simple painting job. Carpet tiles, door hardware, lighting, and trim were also modernized. Completed over just a few short months, the 151 owners have gained a renewed pride of ownership from the refreshed look and feel of their buildings’ interiors.
Scope of Work:
This beautiful 169-unit townhouse complex in Coquitlam needed to repaint their exterior trim and architectural features. They initially considered phasing the project over multiple years, but in the end decided to complete everything in one go. (No small feat given the number of units!)
After a slow start to our spring (weather related), Remdal’s amazing crew worked quickly and efficiently to complete the project with excellence. Not only did we meet (and exceed) the client’s ambitious schedule, but their feedback at the end was overwhelmingly positive.
Scope of Work:
The owners of this 24 unit, three level strata updated their neutral, earth tone colour palette with fresh, blue tones throughout their interior common areas. We coordinated an independent colour consultant and provided mock-ups prior to final colour selection. Carpet tiles, elevator doors & frames, elevator cab refurbish (sub), light fixture install, and trim were also modernized. Completed quickly and safely during COVID, the owners are enjoying their refreshed interior.
Scope of Work:
This jaw-dropping lobby renovation was completed in partnership with strata council’s interior designer: Interiors Defined. The beautiful & modern re-design included acoustic wall panel installation, wallpaper removal, lighting retrofit, custom furniture, tile replacement, and interior painting. Our talented Remdal crews were able to perform the work needed, on time and on budget. Both the strata clients and the interior design partner were extremely satisfied resulting in major projects being considered moving forward.
Scope of Work:
We revived this modern townhouse complex in Langley’s Willoughby neighbourhood, fully cleaning the exterior (including the vinyl siding) and repainting all wood substrates. The owners opted to have an independent painting inspector oversee the project. Our hardworking crew persevered through challenging weather conditions to complete this complicated project with excellence.
Scope of Work:
It was time for this eleven-storey concrete apartment building in North Vancouver (Lower Lonsdale) to be cleaned and repainted. The owners kept a similar colour scheme but once renewed the building looks fresh, bright & fantastic. You can certainly tell the difference with the ‘before’ photos. The project was overseen by a local painting inspection consultant. Swing stage access also provided the opportunity to undertake necessary concrete repairs & sealant renewal in various areas. With the project complete, the owners can enjoy their beautiful waterfront location and spectacular views.
Scope of Work:
This beautiful high-rise residential tower in Port Moody faced a number of maintenance challenges with its exterior surfaces including: balcony eyebrow concrete repairs & re-coating, re-painting of the concrete, sealants, parkade drive aisle renewal and more. The substantial building envelope remediation was overseen by a local building engineering company. Council & owners are very appreciative that their building is shining bright once again.
