You’ll soon see first hand that we take pride in our service. Our work comes with a two-year labour and materials warranty. We present you with a certificate once our project is completed. We follow that up with a proactive approach, checking in with you to make sure our job has stood up to your expectations. We will schedule a Warranty Review of our project (typically during the second spring after substantial completion).
A Remdal representative will carefully inspect your property and make sure that our quality workmanship lasts. On the rare occasion that we discover an issue, we will remedy it promptly.
The faded exterior trim & fascia boards on these 73 townhomes, located in Newton, were brought back to life with a fresh of coat of paint. The contrast between 3 colors (blue, orange and gray) is very striking and the owners were very pleased with their rejuvenated color palette.
Scope of Work:
The owners of these 45 beautiful townhomes, located in the middle of Ocean Park area of White Rock, decided on a colour transformation from 80’s pink beige to modern earthy greys. Thanks to their wise colour choice, nobody would believe these homes are 40 years old.
Scope of Work:
The exterior of this luxury 109-unit townhouse complex in Morgan Creek required a wide range of attention. Various wood surfaces (shingles, trim, siding) and design elements (posts and beams) were brought back to life with fresh paint enabling the property to shine again. At the owner’s request, this inspected commercial painting project was completed over three phases in 2018, 2019 & 2020.
Scope of Work:
The south elevation of these two, four-level buildings located in the Crescent Beach area, was beaten up by sun and moisture blown in from the ocean. The new sealant around the windows along with fresh coat of paint on all wood trim added another level of protection for the buildings, and provided peace of mind for the owners.
