We believe in Your Project, Done Right.
Our employee-based crews are highly skilled, ensuring that every Maple Ridge strata painting project is carried out with precision and excellence. Each project includes a Remdal foreman on-site, dedicated to overseeing the process and ensuring a superior final result. While this level of oversight is valuable, it’s our professional painters—not seasonal workers—who make the difference by consistently delivering high-quality work.
You’ll quickly see that we take pride in what we do. All our painting projects come with a two-year labour and materials warranty. Once the project is complete, you’ll receive a certificate of completion. Our proactive approach means that we’ll check in with you to ensure our work continues to meet your expectations.
To uphold our high standards, we also schedule a Warranty Review of your project, typically during the second spring after completion. A Remdal representative will carefully inspect your property, and if any issues arise, we’ll address them promptly to maintain the quality you expect.
Curb appeal is important, but it isn’t everything. There’s more to our job than simply covering the surface. Additional unforeseen maintenance costs related to wood repair can increase if surfaces are not properly protected. Over time, continually repainting and repairing damaged wood can interfere with other budgets and projects. It’s important to ensure your building has a solid, quality paint surface.
The strata of this 6-year old apartment complex had a similar challenge as many buildings with rentals face – beaten up walls, baseboards and trims. It was a simple project, repainting all of the common areas, but council was very pleased with result and the crew was given 10 out 10 on the post job survey.
Scope of Work:
This four-level, 81 unit apartment complex in central Port Coquitlam, needed attention to its faded board & batten, fascia boards and window panels. Now that new paint has been applied to all the aged substrates, the property’s vibrant yellows and blue are once again very attractive and eye-catching.
Scope of Work:
This beautiful 169-unit townhouse complex in Coquitlam needed to repaint their exterior trim and architectural features. They initially considered phasing the project over multiple years, but in the end decided to complete everything in one go. (No small feat given the number of units!)
After a slow start to our spring (weather related), Remdal’s amazing crew worked quickly and efficiently to complete the project with excellence. Not only did we meet (and exceed) the client’s ambitious schedule, but their feedback at the end was overwhelmingly positive.
Scope of Work:
This 158-unit, 3-level townhouse complex in Westwood Plateau needed targeted wood repairs during our full exterior repaint project. A full repaint of all siding and trim helped renew the beauty of these homes for their owners.
Scope of Work:
This exterior trim & fascia painting project was divided into phases for the strata of these 152 townhomes. They also chose to include their entry and garage doors to truly complete their painting refresh. The combination of a non-disruptive process and quality finished product were exactly what this strata needed for their peace of mind.
Scope of Work:
This beautiful high-rise residential tower in Port Moody faced a number of maintenance challenges with its exterior surfaces including: balcony eyebrow concrete repairs & re-coating, re-painting of the concrete, sealants, parkade drive aisle renewal and more. The substantial building envelope remediation was overseen by a local building engineering company. Council & owners are very appreciative that their building is shining bright once again.
