Before the warranty period expires, typically during the second spring after completion, we schedule a Warranty Review. A representative inspects the completed work to confirm performance and address any concerns if required.

Since it’s home to a number of different businesses, the crew took care to accommodate surrounding business and minimize disruption. This was an amazing, interior design upgrade & lobby renovation project across four modern west coast designed buildings in Coquitlam. It was much more than a simple re-painting job. With such a large scope, it allowed us to utilize four of our multi-talented Remdal crews to deliver a beautiful result. Interior design & colour consultation with our trusted partners helped with carpet tile selection & replacement, strata repainting with significant colour change and much more. This beautiful 169-unit townhouse complex in Coquitlam needed to repaint their exterior trim and architectural features. They initially considered phasing the project over multiple years, but in the end decided to complete everything in one go. (No small feat given the number of units!)

We were thoroughly impressed with the service we received. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the work he planned to do, and was both polite and efficient. He completed the job promptly and with great attention to detail. What stood out even more was his proactive approach—he pointed out additional areas we might want to address, such as the aging caulking at the mitre joints of the Hardie Plank trim boards, recommending they be cleaned and re-caulked. He also suggested we inspect the rest of the building’s stucco for potential caulking issues, like the one he repaired on our common deck. We appreciate the excellent work and thoughtful advice.
