For nearly 50 years, Remdal has provided high-quality strata painting services and effective project management across Greater Vancouver. By trusting Remdal with your building’s project, you can rest assured that the work will be done right.
Your strata property’s painting maintenance will be taken care of professionally. Our expert teams understand the weather in Vancouver and know what it takes to protect your surfaces from the local conditions. We have trusted processes in place that will assure that you have a trouble-free experience. Your project will be completed properly, on time and on budget.
We begin addressing job details with you as soon as you call or email us. Our professional project managers are experts and will be happy to answer any questions you may have, provide impartial advice, and put you at ease no matter how you choose to proceed.
You can rely on us to provide regular notices and updates that keep you informed about the project process. This is an important way for us to know that you are comfortable and confident during the project. We view communication as critical to ensuring things go smoothly, as well as making sure that we are aware of any issues that arise.
We also recognize that your confidence level has much to do with the comfort of the building residents. We are respectful, polite, and careful not to disrupt the people living or working in their buildings. We are always open to hear from you regarding any special considerations regarding the work being completed.
When it comes to strata painting in Vancouver, Remdal is a trouble-free choice. We keep our word and honour our responsibility. Our relationships are built by caring, listening, and giving generously. We make sure that our communication is clear, open, and timely. We share our skills and exceed expectations.
We believe in Your Project, Done Right.
Our employee-based crews are highly skilled. They understand and execute our promise of excellence to you every day. Every project comes with a Remdal foreman on-site. They operate on the idea that the process determines the final result. But this vigilance is merely extra assurance because our staff is made up of professional painters, not seasonal workers.
It will quickly be clear to you that we are proud of our service. Painting projects come with our two-year labour and materials warranty. You’ll receive a certificate of completion once our job is completed. Our approach to our client relationship is proactive. We’ll check in with you to make sure that our job has stood the test of time.
We schedule a Warranty Review of the project (usually during the second spring after substantial completions). We want our quality to last, so a representative will carefully inspect your property to make sure that it does.
Curb appeal is important, but it isn’t everything. There’s more to our job than simply covering the surface. Additional unforeseen maintenance costs related to wood repair can increase if surfaces are not properly protected. Over time, continually repainting and repairing damaged wood can interfere with other budgets and projects. It’s important to ensure your building has a solid, quality paint surface.
This collection of 58 townhomes in Vancouver’s Killarney neighbourhood had many challenges with its exterior including wood rot, lead paint and asbestos in sealants. Thanks to a thorough hazmat abatement and painting project, the owners can enjoy the beauty of their homes with peace of mind.
Scope of Work:
This 40-unit, 3 level townhouse complex in Vancouver’s River District, needed a face-lift due to the faded blue and red wood siding. The new coat of paint not only added beauty to the homes but also provided extra protection for the wood exterior from high moisture blown in from Fraser River.
Scope of Work:
The interior of this modern 28 story high-rise in downtown Vancouver needed repainting and revitalization but without disrupting the owners’ busy lives. With attentive project management, owners were able to maintain their regular routines as the building received care and attention. This project brought back the building’s striking design elements and also included new hallway carpeting.
Scope of Work:
This L shaped, 11-storey, mid-rise in Gastown, faced a number of maintenance challenges with its exterior surfaces including: metal balcony dividers, sealants, concrete walls and membrane. The substantial building envelope remediation the strata decided to go through was certainly rewarding as the values of their high-end properties are well preserved and the building exterior is shining like new again.
Scope of Work:
Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating and flexible. Kevin and crew were fantastic. Justin was fantastic. Remdal did a great job! March 2023
The crew has been all smiles, accommodating, polite, friendly, and clearly communicative. The crew was very conscious of locking doors, leaving everything tidy and tucked away. Communication with Kaveh, Staven, Jeff, Nima, and the whole crew has been FANTASTIC! The guys have been great to deal with and it is much appreciated. December 2022
The Remdal employees were a pleasure to deal with & adhered to all our stringent safety policies. As the work was on all Canada line stations, it was essential that the site was clean, tidy & safe for public to enter. Very professional in all aspects. I would certainly recommend Remdal to any client & retain their services for any future projects. January 2023
From the beginning the Remdal Crew were polite, clean, efficient, and professional. Great team! We had bi-weekly meetings and any questions that arose outside of those meetings were answered promptly. Great job! The building looks so much better, and your flexibility to look at issues outside of scope, was appreciated. The Remdal Team worked hard to complete the job on time. As you know we had options when it came to awarding the project. Remdal was our clear first choice once we read through their proposal. December 2022
