Our employee-based crews are highly skilled. They understand and execute our promise of excellence to you every day. Every project comes with a Remdal foreman on-site. They operate on the idea that the process determines the final result. But this vigilance is merely extra assurance because our staff is made up of professional painters, not seasonal workers.
It will quickly be clear to you that we are proud of our service. Painting projects come with our two-year labour and materials warranty. You’ll receive a certificate of completion once our job is completed. Our approach to our client relationship is proactive. We’ll check in with you to make sure that our job has stood the test of time.
We schedule a Warranty Review of the project (usually during the second spring after substantial completions). We want our quality to last, so a representative will carefully inspect your property to make sure that it does.

This collection of 58 townhomes in Vancouver’s Killarney neighbourhood had many challenges with its exterior including wood rot, lead paint and asbestos in sealants. Thanks to a thorough hazmat abatement and painting project, the owners can enjoy the beauty of their homes with peace of mind.
Scope of Work:
This 40-unit, 3 level townhouse complex in Vancouver’s River District, needed a face-lift due to the faded blue and red wood siding. The new coat of paint not only added beauty to the homes but also provided extra protection for the wood exterior from high moisture blown in from Fraser River.

The interior of this modern 28 story high-rise in downtown Vancouver needed repainting and revitalization but without disrupting the owners’ busy lives. With attentive project management, owners were able to maintain their regular routines as the building received care and attention. This project brought back the building’s striking design elements and also included new hallway carpeting.
Scope of Work:
This L shaped, 11-storey, mid-rise in Gastown, faced a number of maintenance challenges with its exterior surfaces including: metal balcony dividers, sealants, concrete walls and membrane. The substantial building envelope remediation the strata decided to go through was certainly rewarding as the values of their high-end properties are well preserved and the building exterior is shining like new again.
