It was time for this well maintained apartment building in downtown New Westminster to be repainted alongside targeted concrete repairs. The owners opted to keep their original colour scheme and the building now looks clean, bright & refreshed. The project was specified and overseen by a local building engineering firm. Swing stage access also provided the opportunity to undertake necessary concrete repairs, sealant renewal and nyalic application. The owners were very impressed with our Remdal crews and even wanted them to stay around the building well after the project was finished.

This was an amazing interior design upgrade project across multiple buildings, which was much more than a simple painting job. Carpet tiles, door hardware, lighting, and trim were also modernized. This 30-unit, three-storey, Manor style apartment building in North Vancouver (Lonsdale) presented several challenges. The aging wood shakes needed particular attention to ensure future beauty and protection. Metal railings, deck repairs, and various caulking (windows plus targeted areas) were all in the scope of work. The painting crew, in co-operation with council, took extra steps to protect the stunning landscaping. As the photos show, the property slopes away so safely accessing the hard-to-reach areas required thoughtful planning. The strata owners are very excited with how smoothly the project went and how beautiful their property looks now.

The beautiful & modern re-design included acoustic wall panel installation, wallpaper removal, lighting retrofit, custom furniture, tile replacement, and interior painting. This two-tower interior design upgrade project in Burnaby near Lougheed Mall delivered outstanding results to 500+ owners in this large strata. Original carpets were replaced with carpet tiles, vinyl plank flooring was installed in various common areas, fresh paint was applied in bold, modern colours, plus the lobby areas were updated in amazing fashion. In addition, the multi-purpose common areas in each tower were also renovated. With the size and scope of this project, there were numerous challenges to overcome. Yet, the foremen, crew, and project managers professionally guided the project to the finish line and our clients were exceptionally happy with their final results.

We were thoroughly impressed with the service we received. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the work he planned to do, and was both polite and efficient. He completed the job promptly and with great attention to detail. What stood out even more was his proactive approach—he pointed out additional areas we might want to address, such as the aging caulking at the mitre joints of the Hardie Plank trim boards, recommending they be cleaned and re-caulked. He also suggested we inspect the rest of the building’s stucco for potential caulking issues, like the one he repaired on our common deck. We appreciate the excellent work and thoughtful advice.
