There is a two-year labour and materials warranty included in your painting contract. When we finish your North Vancouver strata or commercial painting project, we present you with a certificate. We take it seriously because it is symbolic of how well we will stand behind our work.
Our team will contact you before the warranty expires (typically the second spring after completion) to schedule a Warranty Review of your project. It’s one more way that we take responsibility for your painting project and property maintenance into the future.

The owners of this 50-unit, three-storey townhouse complex in North Vancouver (Lonsdale) wanted to refresh their building exterior. The rich green complemented by the neutral coloured walls and trim create a beautiful, natural palette. This project was tendered by the MPDA, hired by council to prepare specifications and oversee the project. Our Remdal crew, in co-operation with council, took care to protect the extensive landscaping. In addition, extensive wood repairs and repainting were required on the original heritage building. The strata owners are impressed by the workmanship and Remdal’s adaptability throughout the project.
Scope of Work:
This 30-unit, three-storey, Manor style apartment building in North Vancouver (Lonsdale) presented several challenges. The aging wood shakes needed particular attention to ensure future beauty and protection. Metal railings, deck repairs, and various caulking (windows plus targeted areas) were all in the scope of work. The painting crew, in co-operation with council, took extra steps to protect the stunning landscaping. As the photos show, the property slopes away so safely accessing the hard-to-reach areas required thoughtful planning. The strata owners are very excited with how smoothly the project went and how beautiful their property looks now.

Despite being relatively new buildings, abnormally high wear and tear meant their common areas felt tired and dull. The 135-unit strata decided to spruce up the walls and trims and two fresh coats of paint and this certainly helped rejuvenate their building’s interior.

This luxurious condominium complex offers elegance in peaceful and natural surroundings. In 2017, it received a building exterior facelift. It was repainted in its original colours along with targeted repairs to the building envelope. This West Vancouver strata painting project prolonged its lifespan and allowed residents to enjoy not only the magnificent view, but also a healthier living space.
