The beautiful & modern re-design included acoustic wall panel installation, wallpaper removal, lighting retrofit, custom furniture, tile replacement, and interior painting. Although Jewel is still a relatively new building, the exterior of this 28-storey luxury tower in Metrotown needed care and attention. By completing a thorough building remediation project, many elements were revitalized protecting the building’s health and value for years to come. The scope of work was determined and overseen by engineers and the various repairs and renewals were performed by Remdal. The team took great care and attention to ensure balcony railings and other nearby areas were well protected and that there were minimal disruptions to the strata owners.

This two-tower interior design upgrade project in Burnaby near Lougheed Mall delivered outstanding results to 500+ owners in this large strata. Original carpets were replaced with carpet tiles, vinyl plank flooring was installed in various common areas, fresh paint was applied in bold, modern colours, plus the lobby areas were updated in amazing fashion. In addition, the multi-purpose common areas in each tower were also renovated. With the size and scope of this project, there were numerous challenges to overcome. Yet, the foremen, crew, and project managers professionally guided the project to the finish line and our clients were exceptionally happy with their final results.
