It's the season to update your building's colors. With the great hot summer we've enjoyed so far, many projects have been completed, and a couple with unique challenges are beginning.

Como Lake Plaza in Coquitlam has an extremely busy parking lot from early in the morning Como Lake Plaza paintinguntil late at night. In order to minimize the impact on customers and shops, we are working evenings and off-hours. As we refresh the trim areas, we're taking care to protect adjacent areas, and safely access the high roofs and structures in this strip mall.

At Carleton Square in Burnaby, the colors are central to the project.

Working with a designer, the strata has chosen a great new palette. The stucco is going to be substantially darker in a new Taupe color and the dated green railings will be completely repainted in fashionable "Gauntlet Grey".

Working under the direction of the Master Painters, and their specifications, a unique urethane coating will be applied to the green metal railings and flashings, to provide the best value and longest life to the strata.

The busy commercial buildings are nearly done, and we're starting the cleaning of the high rise. It's only a matter of time until the final beauty is revealed.

In this busy time of year, don't miss out at your building. Contact us now, and add a little color to your summer too!
