In 2016 Abbotsford International Airport needed our expertise to complete targeted commercial exterior repainting and repairs, particularly to its metal cladding. The work performed earned both commendations and referral to other municipal projects.

Scope of Work:
This three-level, 50-unit townhouse complex – which overlooks Whatcom Road in Abbotsford – was due for trim and fascia repainting. We started by performing targeted wood repairs, to make sure we were painting sound substrates. The owners were extremely happy with all aspects of the project, particularly noting the on-site crew’s amazing attention to detail and superior work ethic. As a result, the property’s colour palette has been restored to like-new vibrancy.

This downtown Abbotsford commercial building was overdue for repainting and repair. As you can see in the before photos, it was showing significant wear and tear. The owners decided to invest in their property and give it a facelift. The updated building exterior provides a professional first impression for their tenants, clients and visitors alike.
Scope of Work:
We revived this modern townhouse complex in Langley’s Willoughby neighbourhood, fully cleaning the exterior (including the vinyl siding) and repainting all wood substrates. The owners opted to have an independent painting inspector oversee the project. Our hardworking crew persevered through challenging weather conditions to complete this complicated project with excellence.

We were thoroughly impressed with the service we received. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the work he planned to do, and was both polite and efficient. He completed the job promptly and with great attention to detail. What stood out even more was his proactive approach—he pointed out additional areas we might want to address, such as the aging caulking at the mitre joints of the Hardie Plank trim boards, recommending they be cleaned and re-caulked. He also suggested we inspect the rest of the building’s stucco for potential caulking issues, like the one he repaired on our common deck. We appreciate the excellent work and thoughtful advice.
