We were thoroughly impressed with the service we received. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the work he planned to do, and was both polite and efficient. He completed the job promptly and with great attention to detail. What stood out even more was his proactive approach—he pointed out additional areas we might want to address, such as the aging caulking at the mitre joints of the Hardie Plank trim boards, recommending they be cleaned and re-caulked.
