Original carpets were replaced with carpet tiles, vinyl plank flooring was installed in various common areas, fresh paint was applied in bold, modern colours, plus the lobby areas were updated in amazing fashion. We were thoroughly impressed with the service we received. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the work he planned to do, and was both polite and efficient. He completed the job promptly and with great attention to detail. What stood out even more was his proactive approach—he pointed out additional areas we might want to address, such as the aging caulking at the mitre joints of the Hardie Plank trim boards, recommending they be cleaned and re-caulked. He also suggested we inspect the rest of the building’s stucco for potential caulking issues, like the one he repaired on our common deck. We appreciate the excellent work and thoughtful advice.
