The “original” high-rise complex in Newport Village stands 20-storeys high. It was given new life in 2018 by restoring the building’s exterior with new paint and sealant. With the work completed, this suburban skyscraper reclaimed its status as an eye-catching landmark in Port Moody.
Scope of Work:
This beautiful high-rise residential tower in Port Moody faced a number of maintenance challenges with its exterior surfaces including: balcony eyebrow concrete repairs & re-coating, re-painting of the concrete, sealants, parkade drive aisle renewal and more. The substantial building envelope remediation was overseen by a local building engineering company. Council & owners are very appreciative that their building is shining bright once again.
Scope of Work:
The exterior surfaces of this 6-storey office building in Newport Village, was starting to fade and peel. Thanks to the new elastomeric coating on its walls and corothane on the metal areas, the building looks fantastic. The owners and tenants will not need to worry about repainting for many, many years.

This four-level, 81 unit apartment complex in central Port Coquitlam, needed attention to its faded board & batten, fascia boards and window panels. Now that new paint has been applied to all the aged substrates, the property’s vibrant yellows and blue are once again very attractive and eye-catching.

We were thoroughly impressed with the service we received. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the work he planned to do, and was both polite and efficient. He completed the job promptly and with great attention to detail. What stood out even more was his proactive approach—he pointed out additional areas we might want to address, such as the aging caulking at the mitre joints of the Hardie Plank trim boards, recommending they be cleaned and re-caulked. He also suggested we inspect the rest of the building’s stucco for potential caulking issues, like the one he repaired on our common deck. We appreciate the excellent work and thoughtful advice.
