One of Vancouver’s more distinctive landmarks is now known as Woodwards W32. The original portion of the building was constructed in 1903 for the Woodward’s Department Store. This mixed-use building required significant concrete repairs and urethane membrane application with challenging access rigging. Remdal worked with a broad team of stakeholders including engineers, municipal authorities, affordable housing representatives, commercial and strata management in order to execute this two year endeavor.
Scope of Work:
Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating and flexible. Kevin and crew were fantastic. Justin was fantastic. Remdal did a great job! March 2023
The crew has been all smiles, accommodating, polite, friendly, and clearly communicative. The crew was very conscious of locking doors, leaving everything tidy and tucked away. Communication with Kaveh, Staven, Jeff, Nima, and the whole crew has been FANTASTIC! The guys have been great to deal with and it is much appreciated. December 2022
The Remdal employees were a pleasure to deal with & adhered to all our stringent safety policies. As the work was on all Canada line stations, it was essential that the site was clean, tidy & safe for public to enter. Very professional in all aspects. I would certainly recommend Remdal to any client & retain their services for any future projects. January 2023
From the beginning the Remdal Crew were polite, clean, efficient, and professional. Great team! We had bi-weekly meetings and any questions that arose outside of those meetings were answered promptly. Great job! The building looks so much better, and your flexibility to look at issues outside of scope, was appreciated. The Remdal Team worked hard to complete the job on time. As you know we had options when it came to awarding the project. Remdal was our clear first choice once we read through their proposal. December 2022
