Built in the early 1900s, Strathmore Lodge is one of the oldest apartment buildings in Vancouver’s historic & eclectic West End. Ownership invested in a heritage restoration project that included exterior painting, concrete repair, metal replacement, lead paint abatement precautions, and window sealant replacement. The ‘before’ pictures show many areas where the weight of previous paint layers was causing peeling and bubbling. The Remdal team worked closely with ownership and building management to renew the exterior coatings on this beautiful, old building with fantastic results.
