Remdal crews are trained in safety practices for heights, have certified qualifications for swing stage work, and are specially trained for bosun chair work.

At Remdal, we assign a project manager to oversee every project and clarify roles, expectations, timelines, and procedures. They are the primary liaison between the property manager and/or strata council and our on-site crews.
The Warranty Review is an important part of Our Promise to deliver excellence and a unique feature of our painting warranty. Because we take pride in our workmanship, we don’t just wait for you to call. Instead, we take the initiative to contact you before the warranty expires and schedule a Warranty Review of your project.
Remdal’s on-site crews are employee-based, and they are trained to understand and live out Our Promise every day.
Remdal’s employee based painters are also qualified to operate and set up swing stages, boom lifts, scaffolding, pressure washers, sandblasters, and bosun’s chairs.
Your painting contract includes a two-year labour and materials warranty. We present you with a certificate when we finish your project. We stand behind the quality of our work. The warranty is far more than a piece of paper to us.

This beautiful 169-unit townhouse complex in Coquitlam needed to repaint their exterior trim and architectural features. They initially considered phasing the project over multiple years, but in the end decided to complete everything in one go. (No small feat given the number of units!)
After a slow start to our spring (weather related), Remdal’s amazing crew worked quickly and efficiently to complete the project with excellence. Not only did we meet (and exceed) the client’s ambitious schedule, but their feedback at the end was overwhelmingly positive.
Scope of Work:
We revived this modern townhouse complex in Langley’s Willoughby neighbourhood, fully cleaning the exterior (including the vinyl siding) and repainting all wood substrates. The owners opted to have an independent painting inspector oversee the project. Our hardworking crew persevered through challenging weather conditions to complete this complicated project with excellence.
Scope of Work:
It was time for this eleven-storey concrete apartment building in North Vancouver (Lower Lonsdale) to be cleaned and repainted. The owners kept a similar colour scheme but once renewed the building looks fresh, bright & fantastic. You can certainly tell the difference with the ‘before’ photos. The project was overseen by a local painting inspection consultant. Swing stage access also provided the opportunity to undertake necessary concrete repairs & sealant renewal in various areas. With the project complete, the owners can enjoy their beautiful waterfront location and spectacular views.
Scope of Work:
When we first assessed these 26 townhomes – located near Oakridge Mall – their siding, trim, and fascia boards had severely faded. Now look at them! After an attentive pre-wash and meticulous re-staining, the beautiful architectural features look brand new again. The jewel of the project may be the show-stopping arbour in the main courtyard. Both owners and neighbours passing by are very pleased with the rejuvenated colour palette.
