- Our Project management:Unlike some of our competitors, we don’t simply send a crew and hope for the best. We assign a Manager and a Crew Leader who are trained to run an orderly and professional project. Our standard practices include:
- Pre-job setup meeting: We sit down with the Strata Representative to insure the job is planned out and starts smoothly.
- Communication with Residents: We give written notice to residents 48 hours prior to working on their homes.
- Weekly meetings: On larger projects we schedule regular meetings to keep communications open and minimize disruptions.
- Rapid response: We promise to respond to issues quickly and directly.
- Our crews are trained in our painting and safety systems, and our average Crew Leader has been with Remdal for more than 6 years. Our crews are guaranteed to be polite, uniformed, and professional. We promise to gain—and maintain—your customer’s confidence.
- Our customers rate us:We do regular random “follow up” calls asking our customers to rate our workmanship and customer service. In the past 12 month period the average letter grade our customers gave us was “A” ( 92.8%! ) Check our website for actual customer comments.
- Our Insurance and bonding:We carry $5 Million Liability insurance, we are in good standing with WorkSafe BC, and we are fully bondable as required.
- Our Extended Commitment:Our work is warranted for a minimum of two years. Additionally, we revisit all major projects—long after they’re done and paid for—with a two-year maintenance review. We address any warranty items and send you a written evaluation for future planning and budgeting.
- Our care for your property: We promise to care for your home as we would like our homes to be cared for. Your home may be your most important possession, and we’ll treat it accordingly!
