Commodore residential painting project

Scope of Work:

Exterior painting of wood and stucco cladding; new vinyl membrane installation.

Location:

527 Commodore Street

Customer's Comment:

When Connaught Housing Cooperative approached Remdal to have our building painted, the job was long overdue. Other large projects had eaten our budget for building maintenance and we put off painting until even our accountant was calling for action. As a result, painting was only part of the problem; all balcony membranes and much siding on our south wall needed replacing as well.

Remdal was able to incorporate these tasks and coordinate worker activities such that our building was competed on time in spite of the extra work. Remdal workers were sensitive to our need to tread carefully around our extensive and expensive landscaping.

They were kind enough to work around nesting chickadees and tough enough to withstand attack by nesting seagulls protective of our soffits.

We are very happy with Remdal's performance and would recommend them to others looking for a painter for a large project.
