Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing

What we are looking for: We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Sales and Marketing to add to our senior leadership team and drive our company sales growth. The person we are looking for will share our core values, care about our team members, and enjoy contributing to our team’s success by:

  • Providing leadership, coaching, and accountability for our sales and marketing team, thus cultivating their personal growth
  • Leading our sales and marketing planning and goal setting as well as participating with other company leaders in our quarterly and annual planning process
  • Achieving our planned sales and marketing targets
  • Driving our sales strategy by innovating our sales process and leading our team to establish new, and strengthen existing, relationships
  • Leading our marketing by defining and communicating our company’s brand in the marketplace
  • Identifying and developing new market opportunities to fill seasonal variations in our work-flow and double our company’s sales
  • Building relationships with key customers, other company leaders, and our employees

  • Having a minimum of 5 years of outstanding B2B sales experience
